Welcome to Sonovox Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our licensed vocal dataset (the “Vocal Library”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Vocal Library, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-revocable, and non-transferable license to:

  • Access and download the Vocal Library.

  • Use the Vocal Library for training, testing, research, development, and integration into your commercial products.

  • Create derivative works, including but not limited to AI/ML models, plugins, and software applications, that incorporate or are trained on the Vocal Library.

2. Restrictions

To protect the integrity of our catalog and the rights of all parties, the following restrictions apply:

  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share the Vocal Library (or any portion of it) in its raw form.

  • You may not upload the raw Vocal Library files to streaming platforms or public repositories.

  • You may not register any raw or lightly modified tracks from the Vocal Library in content identification systems (e.g., YouTube Content ID).

  • The Vocal Library may only be used as permitted in Section 1 of "The Agreement" available to read here; all other uses require prior written consent.

3. Ownership

  • We own the recordings. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Vocal Library remain with us.

  • You own what you build. All rights, title, and interest in and to your derivative works, AI models, or products developed using the Vocal Library belong to you.

4. Delivery of Content

Upon purchase, you will receive secure access credentials to download the Vocal Library. Updates, if provided, will be delivered via the same secure method.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital data licensing, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted, the license is considered fulfilled.
To ensure your confidence, we provide a free 50-song vocal pack as a sample. We strongly recommend evaluating this free pack before purchasing full access.

6. Representations & Warranties

We warrant that:

  • We own or control all necessary rights to the Vocal Library.

  • We are legally authorized to license the Vocal Library for AI, ML, and commercial use.

  • Licensing the Vocal Library to you does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Indemnification

We agree to indemnify and hold you harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from our breach of Section 6.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the license fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, USA. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles, California.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Vocal Library and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
