- Automatically through the Services, from your device when you visit our website.
- From our service providers, when they collect or process personal information on our behalf.
How we use your personal information
- Providing the Services. To process your payments, fulfill your orders, deliver dataset access, and manage your license.
- Communicating with you. To provide customer support, deliver order and access emails, and maintain our business relationship with you.
- Security and fraud prevention. To provide a secure payment experience and to detect, investigate, or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity.

How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to third parties who perform services on our behalf — payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, and customer support tooling. We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations, in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, or with your consent. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain order records for as long as needed to service your perpetual license, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at joseph@sonovox.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
