• Device information including browser and network information and IP address. Download activity is logged with the IP address hashed.

• Directly from you, when you make a purchase, download a dataset, or communicate with us.

• From our service providers, when they collect or process personal information on our behalf.

• Providing the Services. To process your payments, fulfill your orders, deliver dataset access, and manage your license.
• Communicating with you. To provide customer support, deliver order and access emails, and maintain our business relationship with you.
• Security and fraud prevention. To provide a secure payment experience and to detect, investigate, or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity.
• Legal reasons. To comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, and enforce our terms and policies.

We may disclose personal information to third parties who perform services on our behalf — payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, and customer support tooling. We retain order records for as long as needed to service your perpetual license, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
