No Refunds After Delivery

All sales are final and non-refundable once access credentials to the Vocal Library have been delivered.

• Digital files, once accessed or downloaded, cannot be “returned.”

• To protect the integrity of our dataset, refunds cannot be issued after delivery.

Free Trial Pack

To ensure full confidence before purchasing:

• We provide a free 50-song vocal pack of dry stems.

• This trial pack allows you to evaluate the quality, compatibility, and suitability of our recordings for your AI/ML workflow.

• We strongly encourage all potential customers to download and test the free pack before committing to the full license.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following limited circumstances:

• If you purchased the license but did not receive access credentials due to a technical error on our part.

• If you were incorrectly charged multiple times for the same purchase.

In these rare cases, please contact us: support@sonovox.ai within 7 days of purchase, and we will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
